Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the product as per our return policy.

Cancellation Timeframe

• Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled free of charge if cancelled within 24 hours of placement
• After Shipping: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, but you can return the product
• Processing Orders: If your order is already being processed, we will attempt to cancel it, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed

• Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the order
• Bank Transfers: For bank transfers, refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account

Cancellation by Shreem Traders

Partial Cancellation
